Finance gives me one way to look at a problem. Working with people gives me another. AI helps me test the answer.

At HIM Business School in Montreux I studied for my BBA from Northwood University (USA), with a finance specialization. My coursework is complete, and the degree is awarded after my mandatory internship. Six months at the front desk of a five-star hotel taught me to stay calm, listen and follow through when several guests need help at once. Alongside my studies I build AI prototypes and web apps, including this website: I write the requirements, AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex write the code, and I test the result. Business sense, a feel for people and hands-on AI: that's what I want to bring to an AI consulting team.

Six months at the front desk of a five-star hotel with 129 rooms and suites, in a team of 14. I looked after guests in German and English.

  • Handled guest payments and credit-limit checks, monitored open bills against deposits and flagged when a top-up was needed.
  • Kept a small Excel sheet to cross-check ski passes sold against the charges on guest bills.
  • Dealt with guest complaints under time pressure and documented shift handovers so the next person could pick up where I left off.
